Our Story
Nurturing Kosha: Bringing Ancient Wisdom to Modern Parenthood

Inspired by the ancient Indic philosophy of Pancha Kosha (the five sheaths), Nurturing Kosha is built on the belief that true well-being comes from holistic care. Pancha Kosha, as described in the Upanishads, explores five layers of wellness that shape a person’s overall health:
Annamaya Kosha – Physical Wellness
Pranamaya Kosha – Vital Energy & Inner Strength
Manomaya Kosha – Emotional Well-being
Vigyanmaya Kosha – Intellectual Growth
Anandmaya Kosha – Spiritual Fulfillment
Caring for these five aspects during pregnancy and early childhood has a profound impact—not just on the well-being of the mother but also on the baby’s early development.
At Nurturing Kosha, we thoughtfully design products and experiences rooted in this timeless wisdom, helping expectant mothers and their little ones thrive. Our mission is to bring the best of Indic knowledge into modern parenthood, nurturing both body and soul for generations to come.
MEET THE FOUNDER

I started Nurturing Kosha just before I became a mom — not because I had all the answers, but because I was full of questions.
For nearly a decade, I worked across risk, customer experience, and business strategy in the fintech space — roles that sharpened my problem-solving skills and deepened my understanding of people and systems. My MBA from HKUST, Hong Kong gave me strong business grounding and valuable international exposure, while my time at Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University shaped my early thinking and values.
Pregnancy made me pause and reflect — not just on nurturing a baby, but on nurturing myself, my beliefs, and the future I want to help shape. I couldn’t find anything that truly wove together ancient Indic wisdom with the emotional and practical needs of modern motherhood. So, I decided to create it.
Nurturing Kosha is my way of bringing more meaning into this sacred journey — for myself and for every parent who believes that how we grow our babies matters just as much as how we raise them.
