I loved the intent of the box, and the variety of activities the box contains. I wish I discovered this box sooner. I allocated an hour of my day and that was a relaxing and the most stress free hour of my day. I look forward to that one hour each day. Especially the brain activities, it was a ritual that I enjoyed doing with my husband, reminded my of my child hood days. My next favourite is the simplified bagavadgita, it was the time my husband and I read to our baby in the womb. It was sweeet, considering how much we struggled with fetal talk. It was transformative for us.
