During pregnancy, your baby already hears your voice, senses your rhythm, and responds to your calm. Garbha Samvaad is a gentle daily practice that helps you intentionally connect with your baby in the womb through small, meaningful interactions.

No rituals. No pressure. Just a few mindful minutes a day.

Each card offers a simple prompt you can naturally include in your routine — talk, hum, touch, breathe, or pause together. We especially encourage a daily practice from the second trimester onward, when parents typically begin feeling regular baby movements.

You can speak in your mother tongue or any language you feel most comfortable in. Familiar sounds and emotional tone matter far more than perfect words.
